Eligibility

• This Welcome Bonus is available only to new customers in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) who sign up from 19 March 2026 until further notice.

• To play, you must be 18 or older and successfully verified by us.

• Only one Welcome Bonus is allowed per individual.

• You must opt in to the Welcome Bonus during the sign-up process to be eligible. If you do not opt in at this stage, the Welcome Bonus will not be available.

• Once opted in, the Welcome Bonus must be activated by making your first deposit within 31 days of sign-up or it will expire.

• Minimum deposit is £20 to qualify for the Welcome Bonus.

• Once you have registered for this Welcome Bonus, you will not be eligible for another welcome offer on any other Happytiger ApS brand. Currently, the Happytiger ApS brands include happytiger.co.uk and spinking.co.uk, and you may only claim one welcome offer across these sites.

Bonus and Wagering

• Bonus funds: 100% of the deposit amount (for example, if you deposit £20 you receive a £20 bonus), capped at a maximum bonus fund of £100.

• Before you can withdraw any bonus funds or winnings, both your deposit and bonus funds must be wagered 10x (if wagered solely on selected slots) or the equivalent of 5x (if wagered solely on bingo) or a combination of these amounts.

• All bingo games and selected slots contribute towards the wagering requirement, but their contributions are weighted differently. Stakes placed on selected slots contribute 100% whilst stakes placed on bingo contribute 200%. These contribution percentages determine how much each stake contributes towards the required wagering requirement.

• For example, if you deposit £20, your wagering requirement is calculated as follows: (£20 + £20) × 10 = £400. In other words you must wager £400 before you can withdraw.

• Wagering on selected slots: Since selected slot stakes contribute 100%, every £1 stake on slots counts as £1 towards the requirement. To meet the wagering requirement, you must stake £400 on selected slots.

• Wagering on bingo: Since bingo stakes contribute 200%, every £1 stake on bingo counts as £2 towards the wagering requirement. This reduces the effective wagering requirement to £200 ((£20 + £20) × 10 ÷ 2), meaning you only need to stake £200 to fulfill the requirement.

• Wagering on selected slots and bingo: The wagering requirements are a combination of the figures stated above depending on how much you stake on bingo and selected slots.

• Certain games are excluded from wagering. Please check our Excluded Games List before playing, as deposit and bonus funds cannot be used on any games listed on the Excluded Games List. This also applies when wagering on other sites on the same license.

• When wagering this Welcome Bonus, each stake will be placed using an equal split of your deposit and bonus funds. Any winnings from such stakes will be allocated between deposit funds and bonus funds in the same 50/50 proportion as the stake used. Both your deposit and bonus funds will therefore contribute at the same time towards meeting the wagering requirement.

Bonus Conditions and Limitations

• You must complete the wagering requirement within 30 days of depositing (activating the bonus), or your bonus funds and any winnings from them will be forfeited.

• If you withdraw any part of your deposit or any winnings from it within 30 days before completing the wagering requirement, you will lose all bonus funds or any winnings from bonus play.

• With the exception of progressive jackpot winnings and Mega Prize winnings from Midnight Bingo and bingo games, winnings generated through bonus fund play are capped at £300.

• You can only have one active bonus offer at a time. This Welcome Bonus can therefore not be combined with other bonuses, promotions or offers.

• This Welcome Bonus is subject to our General Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to Sections 3.1, 3.2 and 6.1, which allow us to cancel bonuses, or void winnings in cases of fraud, bonus abuse, breach of terms or other prohibited activities.
