Withdrawals

How long does it take for my withdrawal to reach my bank account?

It will take 1-3 banking days for Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit after your withdrawal has been approved. If you use PayPal or Instant Bank Transfer, it will happen instantly once your withdrawal has been approved.

How much can I withdraw each time?

There is no withdrawal limit. If you are lucky enough to win a £25,000 jackpot for instance, you can easily withdraw the funds immediately. As usual, please note that it takes 1-2 banking days for your funds to reach your account after requesting the withdrawal.

Are fees imposed on withdrawals?

Withdrawals of minimum £10 are without fees, otherwise a fee of £1 will be applied.

Do I have to pay tax on my gambling winnings?

Bonuses

What does wagering requirement mean in relation to bonuses?

HappyTiger bonuses may be subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount must be wagered a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn from your account. However, you can always withdraw other funds from your account even though you have a bonus that is subject to ongoing wagering requirements. For example, if you have been offered a deposit bonus of £20 with a 40x wagering requirement, and you have to deposit £20 in order to receive the bonus, £40 must be wagered 40 times before it can be withdrawn to your bank account. Thus, you have to play with a total of £1.600 in the games in order to fulfill the wagering requirement. So if you play with £1 on a spin and win £5, which you subsequently play with, you have already reached a turnover of £6 for the £1 you started with. You can therefore reach a wagering requirement of £1.600 without having to deposit additional funds into your account; although this obviously depends on the randomness of each game. Since there may be deviations from this general bonus rule, please be sure to read the terms and conditions that apply to each bonus before accepting.

Can I delete an ongoing bonus from my account before I have fulfilled the wagering requirement?

What is the chance of winning in the games?

All customers have the same chances of winning since the outcome of the slot machines is purely random. This means that your chance of winning is the same for every pence you play with, regardless of your bet. However, it is possible to increase the chance of winning Jackpots (per spin), as the likelihood increases in proportion to the size of the bet.

How do I change my bet in each round in the games?

In most of our games, you can change your bet in each round by clicking the gear icon in the game and changing the level you want to play at. Can I continue playing later if I take a break?

What must the complaint contain?

A complaint is considered to have been submitted in a valid manner when it contains clear information about your identity (full name, date of birth, home address, registered e-mail address and mobile number) and contains all relevant information about the complaint. We would like to ask you to clearly and precisely include all information concerning your complaint such as time and date, description of what took place, name of the game and any other relevant information.

If we have not received enough information regarding the case, we are forced to ask for more information.

Will I receive confirmation of receipt of my complaint?

Once we have received your complaint, we will send you an e-mail as soon as possible in which we confirm that we have received your complaint. We endeavor to send you the confirmation within 24 hours.

When can I expect a decision?

We will process your complaint within 8 weeks.

We can depart from the eight-week time limit if the customer fails to engage with the complaints process in a timely manner. For example, where a customer fails to respond to a reasonable request for information within seven days, we will ‘stop the clock’ until such time as the customer responds. When the customer has responded, the ‘clock’ will be restarted from the same point as it was stopped.

The complaints process ends if the customer’s complaint remains unresolved eight weeks (taking into account any times the complaint has been on hold) after we received it, or we reach a deadlock or final decision in less than eight weeks.

If the customer does not accept the solution and wants to take the case further, HT will finally close the case with a "deadlock" letter, if the customer requests this or if HT deems it necessary.

Can I appeal your decision?

In the event that a complaint is not resolved to the customer’s satisfaction by us within 8 weeks of it being raised, and the customer wants to take the case further, the complaint becomes a dispute, and the customer may refer the dispute free of charge to the independent third-party dispute resolution.
